That's why we're renovating a 1968 AIRSTREAM trailer into a mobile food truck/trailer. It will be parked outside our Ministry's "Project Garage" and become a place where folks can enjoy some sweet treats and feel free to talk about Jesus Christ. The revenue generated will be used to support multiply's mission and other local ministries. We hope to launch this new ministry by the fall of 2025, and are in need of volunteers and materials/supplies to get the gelato-shop up and working.
Gelato is a delicious Italian frozen dessert, known for its rich, dense texture and intense flavor. It differs from ice cream in its lower fat content, slower churning process, and warmer serving temperature. These factors contribute to its smooth, silky consistency and the ability of the flavors to really shine through.
In Japanese, "hachi" (八) primarily means eight.
Multiply's "HACHI Gelato" will serve 8 flavors of gelato.
